Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Xpactio (“the Service”), an app that connects Attio to Xero. VentuRise LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2026-002092905, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), operates it at xpactio.com. By installing or using Xpactio you agree to these terms.
The Service
Xpactio creates and updates invoices, quotes, purchase orders and credit notes in Xero from Attio records, and syncs their status back to Attio. Xpactio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Xero Limited or Attio Ltd.
Your accounts
You need active Attio and Xero accounts. You are responsible for who in your workspace can use Xpactio and for keeping your accounts secure. Don’t share connection tokens or let anyone use the integration without permission.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 10 new documents a month across all document types. Pro costs $39 a month per Attio workspace and includes unlimited documents and automatic sync. Pro is billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We don’t refund part months.
Your data
Xpactio uses your Attio and Xero data only to provide the Service. The Privacy Policy lists what we store and who processes it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful;
- reverse-engineer or extract the Service’s source code;
- use the Service in a way that degrades it for others, or exceed reasonable use of the Xero and Attio APIs;
- resell or redistribute the Service without written permission;
- create fraudulent or misleading financial documents.
Your responsibility for documents
Xpactio creates documents from the data and settings you provide. Check documents before you send them to customers or suppliers. Xpactio never applies credit notes to invoices; you apply them in Xero. Xpactio is not accounting or tax advice.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every Attio or Xero setup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VentuRise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Third-party services
Xpactio depends on Attio, Xero and Stripe. We are not responsible for their outages or changes. A change to their APIs or terms may change what Xpactio can do.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We email account holders about material changes. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using Xpactio and cancel at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming. If you use the Service as a consumer, this doesn’t remove the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
